What is the difference between features and options
You have the ability to add options and/or features to a product
- Options are typically when a customer can customise a product or choose from options. You can configure options to modify the price e.g. increase or decrease the price by a fixed amount or a percentage if the customer selects a particular options. Options may be used to allow customers to choose between different cuts of meats when purchasing meat in advance or between different options of vegetables when vegetables are purchased in bulk.
- Features describe a aspect of the product the customer might search on. Typically it isn't something a customer can choose to have or not it is either present or it isn't e.g. a farmer might offer organic products.
