Description

100% Australian Bee Pollen will often have a slightly sweet honey taste and sometimes a tang, but this is contingent to the type of pollen the bees collect. Bee Pollen contains protein, carbohydrates as well as vital nutrients like vitamins and minerals. It is a great addition to cooking such as smoothies or juices, acai bowls and more.  

The granules can vary in colour as they are a natural by-product of the pollen that bees forage from various sources and flowers. The colours of the granules can range from various yellows to pale green.

 Features:

  • A subtle honey aroma and sometimes a more bitter or tangy flavour
  • Granule size: 2-3mm
  • Can be eaten by itself or added to cooking

    Please Note:

    As a natural product, bee pollen granules vary in colour from orange, yellow, to tones of pale green depending on which flowers the bees have foraged.
