100% Natural Pure Australian Macadamia Oil. It is mechanically cold pressed from macadamia nut kernel. This oil is unique in its composition, having the highest level of monounsaturated fatty acids of all culinary oils.

Specifications:

  • Flavour: Slightly nutty, delicate, pleasant odour, free from flavours.
  • Method of Extraction: Cold Pressed
  • Appearance: Pale, golden colour.
  • Smoke Point: 200ËšC - 210ËšC
  • Flash Point: 285ËšC
  • Key Constituents:
    • Palmitoleic Acid - 14.5% - 20%
    • Oleic Acid: 56% - 65%
    • Linoleic Acid - 2%

      • Salad dressing
      • Marinade
      • Stir Fry's
      • Butter substitute
      • Roasting
      • Deep frying
